New York and Tel Aviv-based BigID, a provider of privacy-oriented data discovery, intelligence and automation solutions, has appointed Roger Hale as Chief Security officer. Prior to BigID, Roger served as CISO-in-Residence at YL Ventures, advising early-stage startups on ideation support, product incubation and driving sales growth. Before joining YL Ventures, Roger was the Vice President and Chief Information Security Officer at Informatica, helping to build and lead security initiatives to bolster Informatica’s big data platform.
