BIGID CLOUD DESCRIPTION

BigID Cloud offers Customers the option to have the hosting of their BigID Licensed Software managed by BigID, in partnership with our third-party hosting provider Amazon Web Services. This Description is applicable only to Customers who have purchased “BigID Cloud” on an Order Form.

1. Tenancy & Hosting Locations

BigID Cloud is offered in a multi-tenant environment. Single tenancy (Premium Cloud) is available for an additional charge.

BigID Cloud environments are provisioned by default in the United States, but deployments are available in Europe and Asia for an additional charge.

2. Cloud Levels

The applicable Cloud Level for BigID Cloud is specified in Customer’s Order Form. The Cloud Levels are differentiated by permitted monthly scan volume and the associated scan speed, in accordance with the below table:

Each BigID Cloud environment is limited to 4 TB stored data.

Classification findings deriving from the Attribute Preview feature are limited to a retention period of 60 days. If a user attempts to perform an Attribute Preview on a Data Source that has not been scanned for over 60 days a message will appear advising that a rescan of the Data Source is required to update the results.

The Attribute Preview feature is currently used in the following parts of the BigID Licensed Software: Catalog, Metadata Search, Classification Tuning and the Remediation Application.
